Where will you watch the Oscars?

March 4th, 2010 at Thu, 4th, 2010 at 6:58 am by Jennifer Morris

In just a few days the red carpet will glitter with Hollywood’s favorite players as they gather for the annual Academy Awards. It’s a dramatic contention this year, per usual: Will Sandra Bullock overcome Meryl Streep in the leading actress category? Could newcomer Jeremy Renner beat out George Clooney for best actor? Or does Jeff Bridges deserve it more? Which ex-spouse will take the award for best picture: James Cameron for “Avatar” or Kathryn Bigelow for “The Hurt Locker”?
And just what is Cameron looking at in this Oscar nominee group photo?
We’ll learn the answers this Sunday, March 7, as ABC rolls out the celebration at 5 p.m. Watch it on your home television if you like, or make a big-screen event of it at either The Firehouse Theater in Kingston or in Port Gamble.
